Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive the item(s).
Products must be in their original, unused, and uninstalled condition.
All original packaging, accessories, instruction manuals, and tags must be included.

Eligible Items for Return

Shoes with intact packaging.
Shoes that have not been washed.
Shoes with original tags still attached.
Other shoes that remain unopened and unused.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Products that have been installed or used.
Customized or special-order products.
Products with severely damaged or missing packaging.
Products that do not fit due to the customer’s error in selecting the size/model (we recommend confirming your size before purchasing).
Products returned after the 30-day return period has expired.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Reviews are completed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
Refund Crediting Time: Depending on the payment platform used, it typically takes 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Amount

Full Refund: Issued if the product has quality issues or if a shipping error occurred (e.g., wrong item sent).
Partial Refund: Issued if the product packaging is slightly damaged but the product itself remains usable.
Shipping Costs Deducted: For returns unrelated to quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Our Error (Quality Issues, Wrong Item Sent): We cover the shipping costs.
Customer’s Error (Dislike, Wrong Model Selected): The customer covers the shipping costs.
Refused Delivery: Round-trip shipping costs may be charged.

Exchange Policy
Exchange Conditions

The received product has quality issues or defects.

The product was damaged during transit.

Exchange Process

Contact our customer service team and explain the reason for the exchange.
Provide your order number and photos of the product.
We will arrange for a replacement or reshipment.

Return packages without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

Step 3: Return the Product

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the package.
Package the item securely to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

Step 4: Await Processing

We will inspect the returned item within 2–3 business days of receipt.
Once the inspection is approved, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
You will be notified of your refund status via email.
